Novelle Center is a health, safety and ISO training and certification provider with offices in Port Harcourt and Lagos, Nigeria. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our websites, register for courses, request ISO quotations, or contact us.

2. What we collect

When you complete our course registration or request for quote forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the information you submit in the form itself, including training location, course interest, and certification standard. We also keep a record of what you submitted so we can respond to you.

When you create an order on our online learning site we collect your name, email, phone, and payment confirmation reference. Our payment processor, Paystack, handles card details directly and never passes them to us.

Our chat assistant processes the messages you send to it in order to answer your questions. When you buy a course from us we store your name and email to keep a record of the order.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, confirm course registrations, issue receipts and certificates, send you information about courses you have asked about, and comply with legal obligations.

We may send you information about training dates and new courses if you have expressed interest in a course. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, including no transfers of your data for compensation.

4. How we store and protect it

Your information is stored securely on our service providers, including our database and email delivery provider. We limit access to the people at Novelle Center who need it to serve you. Payment card details never touch our servers; they are processed by Paystack.

5. How long we keep it

We retain registration and order records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet record-keeping requirements, including for the certificate history of course participants. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to specific uses of it. To make a request, email us using the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies
