Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Novelle Center websites and your purchase of our training courses, ISO services, and related products. By registering for a course or using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Course registration

Registrations are confirmed when we accept your application and, where a fee applies, when payment is received or a payment plan is agreed. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course with notice, and in that case you can transfer to the next available date or receive a refund of amounts paid.

3. Fees and payment

Course fees are stated in Nigerian Naira on our training calendar and online learning platform. Payment is accepted through Paystack by card or bank transfer as arranged by our team. Where instalments are agreed, the full balance is payable before the course begins unless otherwise stated in writing.

Online course fees are charged in full at checkout and your access begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

4. Certification

Certificates are issued to participants who complete the required training and, where applicable, pass the assessment or examination for the course. Certification is subject to the rules of the awarding body whose certificate is issued. Novelle Center does not guarantee the acceptance of any certificate by a third party, employer, or regulator.

5. Refunds

For classroom courses, you may cancel a registration with a full refund up to 7 days before the course start date. After that, transfers to another date are preferred and refunds are at our discretion. For online courses, because access begins immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the course is delivered to you, except where required by law.

6. ISO services

Our ISO audit, documentation, training, certification, and re-certification services are provided under a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out scope, fees, and the responsibilities of each party. Certification decisions are made by the recognised certification body in line with its rules, and Novelle Center acts as your approved channel and support provider.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our sites lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, or misuse the chat assistant. Your login for any account you hold is personal and must be kept secure.

8. Our content

Text, images, course materials, and marks on our sites belong to Novelle Center or its licensors. Course materials are for your personal study only and may not be redistributed without our written consent.

9. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novelle Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our sites or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is effective on the date stated at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
